Tammy is the Kansas City, MO chapter director. She has served for the past five years as the Regional Director for the Department for Children and Families in the state of Kansas. She oversaw the entire Kansas City region and managed five full-service DCF offices with special attention to facilities, operations, prevention and protection services for adults and children.  Tammy is passionate about helping struggling families, keeping children safe and preventing children from entering the foster care system. Tammy along with her husband have three grown children and live and serve in Shawnee, KS

DaLana is the Kansas City, MO Family Coach Supervisor. She has served in various churches, ministries and the non-profit sector for over 10 years. Her roles as a staff member, board member, marketing director, children’s church and youth group leader, and foster parent have uniquely equipped her to serve in her current role. Her heart for restoration and passion to empower and encourage families experiencing crisis and trauma makes working for Safe Families and excellent fit. DaLana lives in Kansas City, MO and loves spending quality time with her husband and four children.
